Lydney Town Station

Lydney Town station is located just south of the Lydney High Street crossing gates, opposite the fire station.

This station serves passengers wishing to wander around Lydney town centre, or to take children to play in Bathurst park. It also provides a valuable stop should one day the Dean Forest Railway provide 'Park and Ride' services from Norchard or local services from Parkend and Whitecroft to Lydney.

Lydney Town station opened in Spring 2001 by the Mayor of Lydney (picture right).
